Welcome to Walters Property Group, once a dream of mine has now been set into reality.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and Walters Property Group. It is with great enthusiasm and an absolute privilege to be launching this company. I hope to be able to add value to this industry that not only allows me to pursue my dreams but helps many individuals pursue their dreams of owning or investing in the property industry.
Spending my entire life living in the Hills district of Sydney’s North West, I have watched my local area boom and thrive. The urban sprawl of this particular area has fascinated me since I was young. I was so fascinated that, at the age of 15, I decided to study it at TAFE. On Tuesday afternoons I would eagerly jump on the bus to Meadowbank to study Property and it was always the best day of my week.
In 2006 I graduated high School at Cherrybrook Technology and by January 2007 I had secured my first job for Bruce Lyon, a well known local property developer. Spending 5 plus years working for a veteran developer I learnt more then you could ever learn sitting in a class room, a career that set me up to pursue my passion in the development industry.
Since then, I have worked for a number of Australia’s leading private and public developers on a range of some of the largest and most niche developments in NSW. Some of the highlights have been, land developments with thousands of lots, selling for Australia’s largest public developer, managing a multi faceted development on lake Macquarie with land, town homes, apartments & marina. The Genesis building in Epping, being the gateway project for high rise in the northern districts of Sydney and many other projects I am proud to have been a part of.
Over the course of my career I have noticed a big gap in the property sales market. There have been so many occasions where I have watched companies list large land subdivision, house & land packages, apartments and town homes off the plan with agents that have little knowledge of the building, development and subdivision industry. At Walters Property Group we believe that this type of sales should be handled as a separate entity by people experienced in the development and building industry to provide a sophisticated and informative process to potential purchasers.
Walters Property Group is by no means a general agency. We work within the industry to provided a new residential off the plan specialist service. We know what we are good at and we stick to our familiar ground to ensure the best outcome for our development and builder cliental and the purchasers alike.
By focusing on this particular sector of the property industry we are confident that we can provide a well structured sales team and be completely on top of marketing strategies to allow for great success.
